Timeless RNG Privacy Policy

Privacy summary: We collect minimal data needed to provide game features (rolls, inventory, auras). We do not sell your data.

1. Information We Collect

When you use Timeless RNG we may collect and store:

• Required for gameplay: Discord User ID, Server (Guild) ID, auras/rolls/items/inventory and game progress.
• Technical logs: timestamps of commands, error logs, and message IDs used for command handling (not full message content).

We do NOT collect or store email addresses, IP addresses, or private message content (unless you explicitly send information through a command and we state we will store it).

2. Why We Collect Data

Data is collected only to:

• Save gameplay progress (auras, items, inventory)
• Prevent abuse, cheating, and to moderate the service
• Improve Bot performance and fix bugs

3. How Long We Keep Data

Data is retained until you request deletion, or the Bot is discontinued. Inactive accounts may be purged after a long period. (e.g., 12 months to 4 years)

4. Sharing of Data

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Data access is limited to the Bot owner and trusted developers. If required by law, we may disclose data in response to legal requests.

5. User Rights

You may:

• Request a copy of your stored data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data

6. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but no system is completely secure. Keep your Discord account secure and enable 2FA for your Discord account.

We may update this Privacy Policy. When changes are significant, we will post a prominent notice or update this page’s Last updated date.
