Timeless RNG Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Timeless RNG (“the Bot”) is a Discord bot that allows users to roll for auras, collect items, and participate in gameplay features inspired by Sol’s RNG. By using the Bot you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

To use the Bot you must be at least 13 years old and comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

3. Usage Rules

By using the Bot you agree that you will not:

• Attempt to exploit, manipulate, or cheat the aura or item systems.
• Abuse commands, spam interactions, or disrupt other users.
• Reverse-engineer, modify, or attempt unauthorized access to the Bot.
• Use the Bot for illegal or harmful activities.

4. Data & Accounts

Your Discord account may be associated with in-bot data such as auras, items, inventory, and gameplay progress. You are responsible for keeping your Discord account secure and for any activity originating from it.

5. Service Availability & Updates

The Bot is provided “as is.” We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any damages, data loss, or issues caused by downtime, bugs, unauthorized access to your Discord account, or loss of virtual items or progress.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to remove or block access to the Bot for users who violate these Terms or abuse the service.
